About Dunimmo
Founded in 2018 by Nicolas Ducret, Dunimmo is an independent real estate agency active in the canton of Vaud. The company operates in the fields of brokerage and real estate development, both for its own projects and on behalf of clients.
Before training with the USPI (Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals), where he obtained certifications notably in brokerage and real estate development, Nicolas Ducret first gained hands-on experience by personally managing several real estate projects from start to finish. Today, he develops projects as an investor by acquiring and enhancing land, while also supporting landowners who wish to develop their property, overseeing the entire development process from feasibility studies through to marketing and sales.
By combining real estate brokerage and property development, Dunimmo controls the entire value chain, from project development to final sale, offering a comprehensive and coherent vision at every stage. This 360° approach is also a major asset in traditional brokerage, allowing each property to be marketed with a full understanding of its potential.
