Founded in 2018 by Nicolas Ducret, Dunimmo is an independent real estate structure active in the canton of Vaud. The business focuses on real estate brokerage and property development, both for its own projects and on behalf of landowners wishing to enhance the value of their property. Nicolas Ducret holds professional certifications in real estate brokerage and development, obtained from the USPI. His approach is structured and factual, adapted to the regulatory framework and realities of the Vaud market. Each project is analyzed in its entirety, taking into account legal, financial and human issues, with personal guidance at every stage.
