Development of a three-apartment condominium building in a quiet village setting, less than five minutes from Cossonay. The project involved the off-plan sale of three lots, each occupying a full floor, with private gardens or balconies, underground parking and visitor spaces. The support provided included feasibility analysis, project structuring, coordination with the general contractor and full marketing of the lots, which were sold prior to delivery. This project illustrates a global approach to project development, integrating technical, financial and commercial aspects.

Development of a real estate project for two luxury villas in the hills above Épalinges, in a sought-after residential area close to the village center and the forest. The project includes two semi-independent houses, offering a high degree of privacy, generous volumes and modern energy services (geothermal heat pump, photovoltaic panels). Dunimmo’s involvement includes analyzing the land, managing the development, coordinating the parties involved and marketing the project, with lots sold off-plan. This type of project requires a structured approach, particularly suited to complex properties.

Sale of a 6.5-room semi-detached villa on the edge of an agricultural zone in a quiet family neighborhood in the commune of Bottens. The property benefits from a south/southwest orientation, open spaces and excellent light. The house has been regularly maintained and did not require any work. Our services included valuing the property, defining a marketing strategy and guiding the sale through to completion.

Sale of a luxury apartment with private garden, located in one of the most sought-after residential areas of Échandens. The property offered generous living space, meticulous finishings, excellent energy efficiency and a quiet environment, while remaining close to transport links and amenities. The mission included valuing the property, positioning it on the market and managing the entire sales process.
